The class will explore the impact youth can have, not only on a SAR team but on the lives of youth members as well. The class will feature a presentation about the Marin SAR Youth Program, interviews with Youth SAR Alumni, a panel with current Marin SAR adult members, and a step-by-step guide on how to create a Youth Program for your team. By the end of the class, the attendees will gain a deeper insight into why a youth program helps a SAR team grow and thrive.
