About the Course
This class is designed to provide a basic understanding of the legal framework surrounding search and, in more detail, rescue/medical operations. It will also discuss the areas where SAR teams and individuals may experience increased legal risk. and equip students with practical strategies to reduce their legal risk and exposure during both search incident and rescue/medical incidents
