This class will offer Basic to Advanced knowledge and practice with the RECCO Rescue System. We start out in a classroom setting where we discuss how the technology works and the search methods used to locate people that are buried in snow avalanches. Information about the new RECCO SAR Helicopter Detector is presented and how this has changed the use of RECCO detectors to a year-round search tool. Case Studies are presented and discussed.
