Coast Guard operates the Dolphin helicopter for any searches or rescues associated with waterways or oceans. They specialize in flying in poor weather conditions and around coastal cliff faces. Students will be oriented on the Helicopter and Crew’s capabilities and then trained on how they would interact with the Helicopter during actual rescue scenarios. Students will the participate in a Tag Line basket rescue in a mock cliff rescue situation.
